Her Fantasy is a curated matchmaking service that facilitates introductions between women seeking cross-cultural connection and Colombian men. We are not a dating app, social network, or marriage agency. We provide introductions — what happens after is between the people involved.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By submitting a letter of intent or application, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and accurate.

Our Role

• We review applications and letters of intent with care and discretion
• We facilitate introductions between people we believe may complement each other
• We moderate initial conversations to ensure safety and respect
• We reserve the right to decline any application without explanation

Your Responsibilities

• Treat every person you are introduced to with dignity
• Do not use the service for commercial, fraudulent, or exploitative purposes
• Respect the privacy of anyone you are introduced to through our service

Limitation of Liability

Her Fantasy facilitates introductions. We do not guarantee outcomes, compatibility, or the accuracy of information provided by other users. We are not liable for the actions or behavior of any individual introduced through our service.

Changes

We may update these terms as needed. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
